Where to Find Proper Coffee in Mid Wales (Not Just Another Café)

Mid Wales is not short on cafés - many of which are traditional cafés providing fried food (e.g., fried breakfasts, burgers and chips) and a cuppa. But if you are looking for a more modern experience with real coffee / proper coffee in Mid Wales, the kind you would go out of your way for, that is a different story. Most places serve something fine. Comfortable. Familiar.
